We support women to become change agents, inspire youth to lead, and protect children all to build brighter futures together. Our goal is to create environments where women lead, youth innovate, and children grow in dignity, equality and hope. We help them become active changemakers capable of unlocking their potential, achieving justice, and shaping more equitable and sustainable communities where everyone can develop and thrive
Our story began two years ago, with a meeting of minds and missions, in Egypt and France. We are feminist activists, rooted in the diverse contexts of Arab and European societies, yet united by a common goal in development. By end December, 2023, we founded this organization in France, on a simple, powerful belief: that by supporting the most vulnerable and marginalized—women, children, and youth—we can spark transformation from within. We don't just provide aid; we enable change-makers. We work so that every person we support can claim their rights and build a better life for themselves and their community. We drive change where our expertise is deepest: in France, Europe, and SWANA (South West Asia and North Africa) region. Guided by our mission, we are equally open to undertaking projects anywhere that advance our mission.

We champion the fundamental rights of women, youth, and children to safety, empowerment, and a sustainable future. Grounded in a powerful and holistic rights-based framework, we integrate action across these interconnected areas—exposing cycles of injustice, dismantling barriers, transforming systems, and building resilient movements and inclusive communities, where everyone can reach their full potential and where dignity and justice prevail.
We defend the full and active citizenship of women, children, and youth. Thus, we design or get engaged in projects that build their civic awareness and leadership, and advocate for policies that protect their rights.
We are committed to transparency, accountabilityand democratic decision-making in all our work. This becomes clear in how we make major decisions through inclusive members’ consultations.
Our work is rooted in the power of collective action and solidarity with women's rights movements. We actively collaborate with grassroots organizations and participate in national advocacy coalitions to create lasting change.
We believe in free, open dialogue and building strategic alliances. We convene multi-stakeholder forums and form partnerships with diverse organizations that share our goals to amplify our impact.
We ensure the representation of women, young women, and also men in our projects as we actively embrace diversity. In fact, more than 75% of our members are women.

To amplify the voices of women, youth, and children from marginalized groups, ensuring their lived experiences, needs, and aspirations directly shape gender justice agendas at local, national, and international levels.
To equip women at the grassroots level with the confidence, skills, and platforms to freely articulate their communities' needs to policymakers and lead change from within.

Our commitment to gender justice knows no borders. While our work is basically focused on Europe and SWANA, we operate with a globally integrated strategy. This means we remain open to collaborations anywhere in the world where a project, need, or opportunity aligns with our mission. This adaptive capacity ensures we can address complex, interconnected challenges and leverage learning from one part of the world to benefit another, maximizing our global impact.
